| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| First Name | It is the first name usually given at birth and is used to identify a person. For example, if the person's name is John Smith, then "John" is his First Name. |
| Middle Name | It is a middle name that may be given at birth or added later in life. Middle Name is optional and can be omitted. It is usually found between First Name and Last Name. For example, if a person's full name is John Robert Smith, then "Robert" is their Middle Name. |
| Last Name | It is a surname that is usually inherited from parents and is used to identify a person's family affiliation. For example, if the person's name is John Smith, then "Smith" is his Last Name. |
| Date of Birth | The date on which the person was born, formatted as MM/DD/YYYY for US documents. This field is required and must match official records exactly. |
| Issue Date | The date on which the document was officially issued or printed. This is not the date you placed the order — it reflects the date printed on the document itself. |
| Expiration Date | The date after which the document is no longer considered valid. For US driver's licenses, this is typically 4–8 years after the issue date depending on the state. |
| Document Number | A unique alphanumeric identifier assigned to each document. The format varies by state. If left blank or set to RANDOM, a valid-format number will be generated automatically. |
| Address | The residential address printed on the document — street number, street name, city, state, and ZIP code. The address does not need to be real; any correctly formatted address is accepted. |
| State | The US state that issues the driver's license. Each state has its own unique design, layout, and security features. Selecting a state determines the template used for the document. |
| Eye Color | The color of the document holder's eyes as printed on the license. Common values: BRN (Brown), BLU (Blue), GRN (Green), HZL (Hazel), GRY (Gray), BLK (Black). |
| Hair Color | The color of the document holder's hair as printed on the license. Common values: BRN (Brown), BLK (Black), BLN (Blonde), RED (Red), GRY (Gray), WHI (White). |
| Height | The height of the document holder expressed in feet and inches (e.g., 5'-10") for US driver's licenses. This field is printed on the front of the document. |
| RANDOM button | When you click the RANDOM button next to a field, a realistic value is automatically generated for that field. You can use this to quickly fill out all fields with plausible data without entering anything manually. |
Generation Types
PrintGenerates a high-resolution document optimised for physical printing at 300 DPI. The output preserves exact dimensions, colour profiles, and bleed margins so the printed result matches the real document size.
ScanProduces an image that simulates a flatbed scan of a physical document — slight perspective, paper texture, and scanner noise are applied to give a realistic scanned appearance.
PhotoRenders the document as a handheld photograph taken at an angle with natural lighting simulation. Ideal when a photo-of-document look is required rather than a clean digital render.
